This genius dove over to the right at the last second to catch the exit for I-81 south, after holding up traffic in the left lane for almost twenty miles. Hey, STUPID! MOVE THE FUCK OVER and let traffic pass. Left lane=PASSING lane, right lane=cruising lane. Got it? KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS, DUMBASS.
