  What a Monday morning! Two pullouts and a tailgater. The first pullout would not wait 5 seconds for me to pass by as I was coming down a hill. Driver exits a new neighborhood, stops at the line, pauses, and the pulls out anyway. I'm coming down the hill at 55mph but he/she doesn't care a bit. I got the tag when driver caught up to slower traffic a few miles later.
