  Driver was attempting to make left turn onto Riverdale Road from 1900 as light turned yellow. The approaching car in far right lane stopped and retarded driver assumed car in left lane was going to stop and attempted to turn left in front of him and got pissed and honked after swerving to avoid a head-on collision with approaching car in left lane. It was your fault retard! YOU MUST YIELD TO ALL ONCOMING TRAFFIC WHEN MAKING A LEFT TURN AND THIS CAR DOES NOT HAVE TO STOP FOR A YELLOW LIGHT. Please keep that in mind next time you attempt to turn in front of others and don't honk when it happens again-the driver did nothing wrong, you were the guilty party! You MUST yield to ALL oncoming traffic when the light is green or yellow.
