Excessive HonkingBlocking an Intersection

     White FORD  Focus
     Ogden, Utah

I was heading southbound on Washington Blvd during heavy traffic. I approached a green light where the traffic was back up all the way to the other side of the intersection so I stopped. I heard a loud screeching sound and as I looking in my rear-view mirror, this car was at a 45 degree angle in my lane (inches from my car) and the right turn lane. He began to throw a tantrum and repeatedly honk at me to proceed but I didn't want to block the intersection. Finally I pulled into right turn lane, made my right, made a U-turn and guess who was no blocking me in the middle of the intersection when my light was green. Mr. White focus was stuck in the intersection blocking me. Interesting the car that was behind him also did what I did and stopped for the green.

Love it when idiots don't consider clearing an intersection. I used to deal with it in a different manner, 7-ton ambulance and Code-3 sure makes people poo-poo themselves. Then they got cited for blocking the intersection.
