  I was on my way to work in Wise,VA northbound on US-23. The roads were very wet because it was raining really hard. I was staying at a constant pace of 60mph. This vehicle comes out of nowhere doing at least 75mph+. It was a VDOT truck and driver. He was swerving, speeding and tailgating. He is a very aggressive driver. Please be on the lookout for him. His truck number is R06032.
