     Black NISSAN  Sentra
     Pensacola, Florida

Western Pensacola on Mobile Hwy, this Nissan pulled out from a newer neighborhood, Aubrey something. Even though I had the headlights on and when I saw the car approach the highway I flipped up the high beams, he still pulled out anyway. I used the high beams to indicate my high rate of speed as a safety warning, to no avail. Moments earlier another driver did the same thing on the same road and I also used the high beams but the driver went anyway, yet only went one block and turned off making me slow two times. I didn't get that plate. One minute later his guy in the Nissan does the same thing and I think there's a bullseye on my hood or something. But at least the same thing happened to him within my view. A truck pulled out from a side street forcing the Nissan driver to slow considerably, so I laughed at the irony. Yes, what the truck driver did was just as wrong but I like seeing it happen to those who do the same thing. I hear from others "Share the road", yet what about being safe on the road? I don't mind having to slow a bit but hitting the brakes hard means that you should have waited. If you can't then realize how many other lives you are affecting if you are wrong and how selfish you are being by not being safe and considerate.

The laws of physics do not apply to these type of drivers. Speed vs stupidity!

My time in FL convinced me that the standard is, 1.1 car lengths = enough room for them.

Twenty years ago when I visited FL a lot I observed a lot of nice and safe driving compared to other southern states. But over time the majority of the drivers where got to be as bad as everywhere else. And I do mean EVERYWHERE else!
