  Driving north on Washington St in Alexandria, this blond had a cigarette in her left hand and a cell phone pressed against her ear with her right hand. So, what hand did she have left to drive? As well, she made sure she did not dirty the ash tray in her SUV by flicking the ashes out the window. She fits what I've noted about SUVs, they make good drivers mediocre and mediocre drivers dangerous.
