Attempted Automobile Homicide

  I was heading Northbound on Adams Ave and approached this retard who was waiting to make a left turn at a stop sign. Since he has a habit of failing to yield to others. I stopped before entering the intersection to allow him to make a left turn even though I didn't have a stop sign. After a dumbfounded look on his face, he honked and signaled me to proceed then as soon as I pulled into the intersection he hit the gas and attempted to hit my car. I was able to avoid accident and got behind him and began flashing my headlights at him. After about a mile of driving 50-60 MPH in a 25 MPH zone, retard turned off his headlights and made abrupt turn onto side street and I lost sight of him. To bad I didn't have a pickup so I could have hit him intentionally and take both him and his POS truck off the roads permanently! Of course if I did that, I would go to jail but he can do it all he wants! It use to be that driving was a privilege that can be taken away but now everyone gets a license.

  To put your story short: you stopped and he pulled out thinking you wouldn't go. This isn't attempted homicide! What should he have done? I also contacted the police about this incident to see if they can do something about your ongoing dispute with this guy. They have a good idea who you are and should be in contact with you soon.

  I called the cops too and they told me they will get in touch with this driver. I'm still waiting to be contacted by them. I'll be glad to talk to them if they do contact me.
