  11/1/09 afternoon (Blackstone & El Paso) Observed 2 dogs in back of pickup truck WITHOUT travel crates and what appeared to be a lack of leashes/harnesses. Limited room for them to move around because there was a dirt/motorbike tied down in the center of the bed. Too many risks involved when transporting dogs in the back of a pickup truck like this. The dogs and other motorists were seriously endangered!
