  hour 3:05 pm,day 11/09/09 place intersection on 400S and 200 E,SLC,Ut.I was behind this individual and ON clean green light when HE was in front of me,to turn west on 400 South,this undescrieable person,by his action,stopped instead of passing light and turning left,this person STOPPED.I have one question for HIM/you,please why do not you visit professinal and see what is in your head.Before that please go to suspend your license,because that is huge privilege for you.You are harrassing people around you.RETARD.Good thing for you,i had no phone ready,but I will give this license plate to some of my friends in PD or UHP.People watch out for this individual on road.Again FORD TAURUS CCA 2000 or older,bluish color,4dr car.
