  Another brainless idiot camped out in the passing lane, passing nobody. This genius held up traffic in the left lane of route 7 the entire distance from Winchester to Leesburg, OVER THIRTY MILES, THROUGH THREE COUNTIES, forcing many to pass on the right. Hey, STUPID! Left lane=passing lane, right lane=cruising lane. Comprende? That's how it's done here in America. STAY RIGHT WHEN NOT PASSING, DUMBASS.

  This idiot did the same thing today! Route 50 Westbound in the left lane just past Paris Mountain. One minute he's going 60mph (still passing no one) and the next minute he was going 50mph. This routine of speeding up and slowing down went on for 10 minutes until he exited on Sulphur Springs Road in Winchester. What a jackass!
