  At the Chandler exit from Hwy 75 N, driver was in right turn only lane (of 2, where the left lane is left turn and thru, with clear signage), but decided he wanted to turn left instead. I could have let this go if he hadn't then decided he wanted to be in the left lane on Chandler, cutting me off to do so. There's a reason Nebraskans say Iowa means "Idiots Out Wandering Around".
