Unbelievable jerk

  Changing lanes, speeding, cutting others off so frequently in heavy traffic in constant attempts to get around people and creating some serious hazards. Cut me off twice, cut in front of others, rarely signaling, almost side-swiped another car because he didn't bother looking when changing lanes even in bumper-to-bumper traffic, intentionally sped up to stop me from changing lanes. I have never seen a worse, less considerate driver. The most appalling part is that I caught him smiling as if he were enjoying what he was doing and he gestured at me as if he thought me looking angry were amusing. Some people have no shame.

  Should call 911 whenever you see such driver....WSP DOES arrest aggressive drivers here in WA
