Hit my car on purpose

I was headed north on Loop 101 past Indian School Rd this morning about 7:10 AM when this vehicle entered the northbound lanes at a high rate of speed. I was coming up behind a truck pulling a trailer and had reached a safe following distance when this driver (name is XXXX X XXXX) decided he wanted to be in front of me. He then tried to force his way in and blatantly hit the front passenger side of my vehicle with his rear driver’s side of his vehicle when he did it. It nearly caused me to skid out of control but I was able to remain moving forward. The vehicle did not stop but continued for a couple of miles while I spoke to 911. We came upon a DPS Officer pulled over with another car and Mr. XXXX decided he would now pull over. Upon exiting the vehicle he sneered to me "it's your word against mine!" as if to say he was going to lie and good luck proving him wrong. He then proceeded to tell the officer some story that I hit him... somehow. I am not sure what he tried to make up but the officer ended up not issuing any tickets and just created a report. This clown is going to pay for my vehicle repairs, rental car, time away from work, and anything else that possibly comes up.

What if the person's spouse is driving the vehicle that was reported on this site and some "some vigillanti asshole goes and harrasses him" or her? Is that not unfair under the same concept? What if a plate is incorreclty entered on this site and it "wasn't the person who did this, and some vigillanti asshole goes and harrasses him or worse does harm to his property"? Same thing agian. Bro you are right... I probably should not have put that name in there but all I am saying is that there is a flip side to whatever you are trying to say. Give it up, the name is gone... it's over. I hear the fat lady singing right now as we type. :)

aznative. I got no hate for you, man. I the only problem that I really had was the name. I don't remember if I said anything beyond that (other than defending against your personal attacks on me). If I did, then I am sorry. I take privacy very seriously. I find it funny how nobody has thought of possible bad uses for this site. Badmark could be sitting on a gold mine and doesn't know it. I'm not talking advertisments... I'm talking about insurance compnies might be interested in this content. Law enforcment (although they can't use it as evidence, they could use it to see who to keep an eye on)... The list of people you wouldn't want having this goes on... It's a gold mine in itself. Why add to the possible mis uses of the information. That's all I am looking for. Again, sorry if you feel that I lashed out at you or if you feel that I attacked you. Hope things go well with you and this driver. We may not agree, but we can be civil. Have a day.

As a word of advice from someone that has been involved in many accidents in the past, I would advise that you NEVER use someone's name in a report like this as if this does go to court or a civil suit to recover damages web pages with his name on it and complaining w/o being vague can hurt your case.

Good point but there are a whole bunch of folks with that same name here in the valley of five million people (PHX Metro) and AZ. Also in order for it to be slanderous or liable then it would have to be untrue... which the damage to my vehicle shows that it is not. Anything else is opinion. So good luck to him. This guy is just lucky that I did not get in a major accident because of his antics. His very common name on a site listing his actions will likely be the least of his worries when his insurance rate increases are done with him. If he wants to bring suit then he can bring it, I have an attorney too. :)

aznative... I had a lot longer response ready for you. But I have shortened it. Posting his name and city is irresponsiable of you. I'm not saying he was ok doing what you said, but that gives you no right to open him up for potential vigillantism like you have. Don't believe me? Do a google search on the guy's name, city and state... include his middle initial like you have... Voila!!! You have his address and phone number. I bet it matches the one on the police report... If not (and this is where what you did gets dangerous) then you have opened an innocent person up for ridicule, and I hope he sues your ass off. Maybe that will get people to finally start thinking before they start posting this kind of crap...

n3yac... reported to badmark, it's been removed... I, too googled the name... Surprisingly enough, with the middle initial in there Google didn't think it was nearly so common...

Testuser that sounds good, I don’t have any problem with you either. I guess I just felt fairly well attacked when I posted a couple of things. But after I looked around the site I noticed that a few of them just like to argue with or push buttons with anyone that will listen. Honestly though I don’t remember what sparked any heat with you, so that’s cool and all good. So handshake and truce accepted. I am going to post a blog here in a minute, so watch to see what happens. There will be at least three of them that will come in with some stupid comments and try to make problems. I just don’t have time to go back and fourth with everyone, I have not even been on here for several days and everything is different, many are gone, etc.

LOL, didn't you just post a blog boasting how you have never been in an accident while driving? Only run into stopped at lights or in traffic. ROFL, looks like someones word isn't as good as they thought it would be. ;) As far as slander/libel go...yes they have to prove it caused them to suffer tangible damages and to prove that it was incorrect. But you gotta prove that it was correct just the same. It doesn't matter if you're right or wrong, defending yourself in court is not cheap. Can't say whatever you want where you want and then shrug your shoulder and chalk it up to "well prove it's not true" without some sort of consequences.

The comment was somewhat misstated: What I am trying to come across with is that even though I drive somewhat aggressively I have never hit anyone, but the people that I know who have been in several accidents are timid drivers, but managed to run into people. I see that you are trying your best to find SOMETHING, ANYTHING, to make issue out of though. I found another one like you on another part of this site earlier. This is what sucks about blogs... there are always some little whiney brats trying to argue with everything. As far as the name goes yes it was removed but I still do not think it was a problem. He also has my name so if that goof wants to put my name on here he can do it all he wants. I could care less. Either way it is a dead issue at this point.

Whatever you say man. I don't need to find anything to make issue out of. This is the net and you and I are nothing but text on a screen. You can belittle and argue if you like but it won't get a rise out of me. I've got a life to live. This place is nothing but a comical release. As you've proven with your flip flop, just because someone typed it doesn't make it the real story. You need to learn to take this place for what it's worth. While we're on the subject though, I didn't misstate anything. Your comment directly from your other post...."I have never caused or been a part of any accident when driving.". So which is it? Did or never did? Only thing your verbal attacks, and exaggerations show is that you're a small person hiding behind a big screen. Everyone in life isn't going to see things your way my man, gonna have to learn how to have a normal conversation or debate sometime. Enjoy.

AGAIN you keep up with the contradiction story… LOL, I really can’t be any clearer for you. If you still don’t understand the meaning I can not help you. Funny as well that you were not able to find anything else to stick to. Couldn’t mess with the spelling, the grammar is fair, you just have to keep pounding the contradiction even though I explained it six ways of Sunday. Nice try. Get bent hippy chick, your VW bus awaits you out front. Go find someone else to create conflict with. Maybe if you smoke a little less of the whacky tobacky you can come up with something better next time.

I would get a copy of your 911 phone call if at all possible (in the likelihood that this was not able to settle out of court). That should mark the date and time of the occurence.

if you have witnesses then haul his ass into court and sue the hell out of him! I have one permanent witness in my car and that is the mounted video camera by the windshield, just like the police. if they ever say anything like "it's your word against mine" I would answer by saying "I don't think so, you little punk bitch!! I got a video camera mounted on the dashboard in my car and it caught what you did! so it's MY WORD AGAINST YOURS!"

Okay. AZNATIVE has a right to be upset. Someone hit his vehicle and then tried to lie about it. I would be irrate. I would hunt the person down and take a baseball bat to their car. However, AZNATIVE has taken a more civilized approach by concentrating his anger here, blogging. I give kudos. In addidtion, I think quite a few of the postings have strayed from the original context of this blog. It's called venting. AZNATIVE is upset, let him vent. If you have issues go post your own blog instead of being pissed off at an innocent person. Hey AZNATIVE, I hope you get the guy for the damages!

Now when did I ever say that aznative had no right to be upset... where did I approve of what the guy did? I don't approve of it at all. But I do believe that until convicted, everyone has a reasonable expectation to privacy. And what if person x whose number came up from google wasn't the person who did this, and some vigillanti asshole goes and harrasses him or worse does harm to his property or him? I'm just saying be responsible, and think about your actions. Yes, in most states you can get owner information for a small fee from the local BMV, but that's a privacy issue that has been beaten to a pulp here.

Seems everyone is worried about a name! Hell you gave us his tag number (and I thank you). However, I have learned along time ago, there is always three sides of a story. If the officer did not write a ticket then (A) in his Department a ticket is only issued with an injury or (B) he did not think it was warranted or (C)...... Good Luck with your quest for justice
