  Very aggressive driver cutting in and out of traffic around 9th and Mission. "Punishing" those who dared to get in his way by veering around infront of them and then slamming the brakes.

  SF was never know for its 'good neighbor Sam' drivers. That's why public transit is the way to go here. Let someone else making $50k per year put up with the bullshit!
