  This jerk attempted to cause a multi-car crash on purpose. I witnessed him trying to run a minivan off the road. He cut off cars in traffic at 75MPH with no safety margin then he sped up to about 90MPH. People had to swerve and slam on the brakes to avoid multiple collisions. I called California Highway Patrol to report this idiot and I'm posting his plate everywhere I can on the Internet. Watch out for this moron!
