  Rode the left lane for about 15 miles, constantly being passed by cars in the right lane, until FINALLY taking a left exit at Emmitsburg, MD. When he got beside me, he matched my speed , but I kicked it up a notch to let traffic flow around him on the right. Seems he didn't like this, tried to keep up with me, and failed before slowing back down, but never leaving the left lane. What a guy!!
