  I was driving on I-20 Eastbound through Ft Worth and approach a vehicle collision. The police had all, except the left lane closed. This driver left room between his vehicle and the one in front. As I attempted the lane change, he passed me on the shoulder and acted as if he were going to ram my vehicle. Beware of this and ALL drivers in East Texas!
