  This man is going so slow at even lower than 50 mph. He is going even slower than the limit and he is driving on the left lane of I-95. I showed him high beam to signal him to move over and he pressed brakes very hard in retaliation. Then he slowed down to 30 mph making my car almost get rear-ended. I then changed lane and this man started blowing horn after horn. He then flashed high beam after high beam. He tried chasing me but his car lacked the acceleration pickup. Driving a 25 year old lemon that can't go fast but wants to drive on Interstate on left lane.
