  Rush hour, heavy traffic on the tollway. This guy is weaving all over the place - like there is a fire he has to go to. Cutting off other drivers, used an on-ramp as his personal passing lane, lane changes across multiple lanes at once, never saw him ever use a blinker, tailgating, cutting off other drivers, etc...
