"I continued driving on the road shoulder after my lane ended and abruptly accelerated to since there was a parked car on the shoulder and pulled ahead of him and was able to get into an actual travel lane."
Yes, he was an oblivious left lane bandit, but what he did was not illegal. What YOU did is!

ROTFLMAO! This post isn't serious, is it? "Check your blind spots!" That's a laugh riot. Yeah, I always check my blind spots to compensate for law breaking, dangerously idiotic drivers that fail to yield and try to pass me on the shoulder! I'll get right on that!
This is the best wire filed in a while! The flagged driver did nothing wrong at all. He was in the rightmost through lane, and had an IDIOT attempt to suicidally pass him on the shoulder, barreling down on a parked car.
And YOU flagged HIM!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you guys thought that maybe he wasn't able to get over, and that was why he was driving on the shoulder?
-
Seriously, you agree that someone driving in the rightmost through lane should "check their blind spots" and make way for someone passing them in an ending lane, or on the shoulder? Really? Seriously?
I'll say one thing. This is one of the only scenarios I've ever heard of where a driver passed on the right was NOT part of the problem. Annoying for going slow, perhaps, but give me a break. This flag is just beyond the pale. Ease off the accelerator, pull in behind the slow driver, and pass them on the left, like someone who deserves a driver's license would do.
-
hasn't he flagged people before for speeding up to pass him on the right instead of merging behind him? Way to go, keep showing that hypocritical rearend and sooner or later the cops will be pulling you over and all the people you have harassed will be able to laugh as they pass by.

I said that could be the reason, I never said the person was in the right.

Actually, chaosflamespirit, you DIDN'T say that could be the reason.

... well, I have Asperger's Syndrome, so sometimes I have a hard time explaining what makes sense in my head to me. *sigh*

Chaos, I don't have Asperger's and I have trouble getting the words from my brain to my mouth or hands too. It really pisses me off when someone (esp. hubby) tells me to "spit it out" when I get stuck. Mine is because of temporal lobe epilepsy. So, you aren't alone, I know what it's like to know what you want to say, and not be able to say it. Especially the more upset I am. then I review it in my mind and ask myself why I didn't say this or that. oh well, *sigh* too :D AO
