  This driver barely slowed down to make the turn off of Robin Hood Dr. to get on to Parkway South, totally blowing off the stop sign, and then sped off at about 45 in a 25 zone. At least he/she stopped for the flashing red lights on the school bus coming the other way-guess driver's ed wasn't a total waste.
