  Saw this young, careless guy in his Lexus, rolling in the exit lane, waiting to jump onto I-96 in Livonia. He cut in front of someone, then cut across all four lanes and sped off down EB-96 in Livonia. I let police know and they sent a car down to look for him, but he disappeared from sight quickly. I was doing the speed limit, so he had to be doing 80+.
