  Driver with a dealer car was engrossed in a phone call, pulled right in front of my car during a lane change on I-96 EB. He didn't signal, of course. I laid on horn, but didn't get a response. I went around him, yelled at him, and still didn't seem to get his attention. I then called 911 as headed off down SB M-39.
