This happened Sunday as I was coming back up from Seaside Heights (or as I like to call it "Sleazeside" lol, regardless, this
in-DUH-vidual drove over the grass from the local lanes of the Garden State Parkway northbound into the express lanes (NJ tags YNA57S, Burgandy Jeep Cherokee) I hope some State cop is reading this and decides to give u a ticket cause u FULLY deserve it the way u drove.
