I was already exceeding the speed limit by 15mph--shame on me--but I was neither impeding nor exceeding the flow of traffic in lane #1.  He continued to ride my bumper well in to MA and before I could lane-change into the right lane of slow tail-gaters, he passed me doing AT LEAST 100mph.  His speed made it very difficult to read his license plate, but get it I did and immediately placed a call to 911--they were very professional and polite.</description><copyright>(c) 2009, Novus Ingenero, LLC.
