My light turned green, and before I moved forward, a big Mack dump truck raced through his red light, as if it were green, creating a scenario where he could have easily t-boned another car who had the right of way (luckily I was far enough back from the intersection and didn't immediately hit the gas to turn right the instant my light turned green).
